The room was quite small. space was limited, and it felt cramped, especially with luggage. the ac unit was also quite noisy. It disrupted my sleep a little. i expected a bit more space and a quieter environment, considering the price.

The location is fantastic with Grand Central Station just a few blocks away. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well kept. I especially appreciated how quiet it was.

The staff is helpful and accommodating plus they offered to store luggage after checkout. They provide complimentary apples in the pantry all day long. It was very easy to arrange a late checkout upon request.
